This condo also includes central air-conditioning and a convenient wet bar in the dining area.

All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great property steps from the beach! Clean with a well stocked kitchen in a quiet setting . The pools are relaxing and there is restaurant on site. Highly recommended.

Clean, quite close to the beach and pool. Being able to watch the fireworks on the beach was the highlight of our trip. Definitely plan to stay here again!

The cleanliness could use some work, couch had an odor, floors left out kids feet black, and dishes weren’t clean. There are also some furnishings that need to be replaced. Overall not a horrible experience but could have been better.
