About this apartment rental
Our vacation home, a former servants’ house on the old estate dating back to 1870, has been lovingly converted into a cozy vacation home while preserving its unpretentious charm!
A front yard and an enclosed garden of approximately 800 square meters with a covered terrace and a built-in grill surround the house.
Ideal for guests who want to let their dog run free in the garden. Please remember to mention your dog when booking.
A parking space is available at the house.
Of course, internet/Wi-Fi is provided!
The small balcony on the upper floor, which belongs to the house, is not intended for use.
Deubel Knechtenhaus Vacation Home:
Our vacation home, a former farmhand’s cottage built in 1870, has been lovingly transformed into a cozy vacation home. In designing the interior, we placed great emphasis on authentic, personal furnishings, which make our home so cozy and unique. Every bit of knick-knack is intentional and part of the theme!
A large, fenced-in garden is available for you—and your dog, too, if you’d like.
The wind-protected, covered patio invites you to relax and sunbathe. There’s also a built-in charcoal grill there.
Inside, on the first floor, there are 2 bedrooms, the dining room, the kitchen, and the walk-through bathroom with a shower and separate toilet.
You can reach the upper floor via a fairly steep staircase. There you’ll find the living room with a satellite TV system / Magenta TV. The balcony upstairs is not included in the rental property.
You will receive all important information from the landlord before your arrival.
The city of Kappeln charges a 5% overnight stay tax for tourist stays. We have already included this in the nightly rate.
In addition, a security deposit of €100.00 is required. You will receive all relevant information via email from your host after booking. The security deposit will be refunded within 5 days of your departure.
Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and check-out from 1:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
