The name derives from its central location: 3 minutes to the bakery, 3 minutes to the organic grocery store, and 4 minutes to the harbor and the Schlei. The building also houses the other vacation apartments: Kappeln 333, the rooftop terrace apartment Kappeln 335, the ground-floor vacation apartment Kappeln 6, and the rooftop terrace loft Kappeln 337.
