The apartment is located in a historic complex in the heart of Kappeln’s Old Town, 20 meters from the pedestrian zone. The complex consists of several buildings arranged around a beautiful inner courtyard—none of which are visible from the street.
The south side of the complex blends in as a townhouse among the facades of Mühlenstrasse, while the north side borders Schanze Street. This is where the entrances to the garages are located. The beautifully designed inner courtyard, entwined with roses and featuring a fountain, a beach chair, and seating areas, is an oasis in the heart of Kappeln. The apartment’s name reflects its central location: 3 minutes to the bakery, 3 minutes to the organic grocery store, and 6 minutes to the harbor—all within walking distance.
