Our charming studio cottage is located on the first floor of an old Périgord farmhouse, made of Dordogne stone. It is equipped with all comforts with garden table, chairs, parasol and deckchairs to relax.
We are in a very quiet location with a view of the forest and hiking trail.
In the courtyard of the cottages you have a double barbecue, a ping pong table, a small playground for children in the meadow with a parking lot shared by the other cottages.
The swimming pool is heated, fully secure and to be shared with 3 other cottages, it is open from May to September and nestled in a natural setting.
A welcome booklet provides you with all the information you need for a good arrival and a good stay.
We are along the Dordogne river between Souillac and Sarlat (15 kms), in the golden triangle of the Perigord Noir to be able to make all the many visits and discoveries of our region.
