Or take a two-mile drive to Coligny Beach Park, an ocean-side park with landscaped walking and biking paths, swings, and beach equipment rentals.

We supply a basic starter pack of amenities. (including 1 paper towel roll, 2 dishwashing pods, 2 laundry pods, 2 trash bags for the kitchen. 1 shampoo, 1 conditioner, 1 body soap bar , 1 hand soap bar, 2 toilet paper rolls for each bathroom) We do not provide seasonings (salt/pepper).
The resort pool is a very short walk from your villa. Across the street from the entrance of The Greens is the renowned Van Der Meer Tennis Club, and the Shipyard Golf Club is just 1 mile away. It is an easy 5-minute walk to the white sand beaches of Hilton Head through the Shipyard Beach Club access. Your rental boasts beach chairs and an umbrella.

This unit is clean and spacious. The kitchen was modern and fully equipped. We never had an issue with parking. The unit is in a good location for getting around the island. The walk to the beach is about 10-15 min. You can park closer with a pass provided with check in. The TV’s in the unit are a bit dated but functional. The unit does have a garden type wagon and some beach chairs and umbrellas available. Those too could use updating but they work just fine. Overall, we would stay here again!

This is a newly renovated condo in good location.

The pool was great, and the access to the beach was relatively easy. Other than that, the accommodations were mediocre, at best. When we first arrived, there was garbage outside by the door, which looked like animals had gotten into it, and it wasn’t cleaned up properly. Also, the garden hose was thrown into the corner. We noticed a strong musty smell throughout the condo. The upstairs TV was left on(like someone was still there), and the garbage from the previous tenants was still in the kitchen garbage can. We had to hunt through the night-stand and side table drawers, which were filled random cords and junk to figure out how to turn the TVs on as well as operate the 3 remotes for each TV. The games and books that were left for tenants were thrown into a cabinet and also in the corner of the living room area. There was random furniture and area rugs in the master bedroom’s closet, and the second bedroom’s door did not open all of the way because the bed was in the way. Additionally, in the second bedroom, a chair was placed in front of the closet, and one of the dresser drawers was broken, so, if not careful, the drawer could potentially fall to the floor and injure someone. Additionally, one of the doors to the laundry area was missing, which was later found behind one of the dressers. Not all of the dishes were clean. For example, I went to use a wooden spoon from the counter, and there was dried pasta caked onto it. The lighting outside was so dim, that it was difficult to see to enter the security code for the door. Overall, for the money that we spent, the pool and beach were great, but the accommodations were subpar and disappointing.
