This great unit in Shipyard Plantation is located on the 7th hole of the Galleon Course. The property is townhouse style, an end unit located on a cul-de-sac with three bedrooms and three full bathrooms. The very private and spacious master suite is located on the first floor with direct access to the outside deck and has a king size bed, television and DVD player. Its private bath features double sinks and a tub/shower combination. The other two bedrooms are upstairs.
Each has its own bath with tub/shower combination and televisions in each bedroom. The second bedroom features a queen bed and a bunk bed with a full bed on the bottom and twin bed on top. The third bedroom features1 queen bed. The living and dining room area is bright and open with a large 42" television and a DVD player. There is seating for 6 at the table plus 3 barstools at the kitchen counter. Wireless internet is provided. There is a washer and dryer in the unit. A large wraparound deck looks out on the golf course and has table and chairs perfect for entertaining. 166 is adjacent to The Greens community pool and a 5 minute walk to Hilton Head's famous beach. had a great family vacation in our unit. there was plenty of room for all of us, and other family members in differetn units were able to come over, visit, eat and hang out. Cant wait for 2026!

The location is close to the beach, walkable without a lot of gear. Nice to be across from the pool. The house itself has a good layout for a family. We were disappointed in the overall upkeep of the property. It needs a deep clean and fresh paint- the ceiling is peeling and water stained in many places, trash can broken, drywall cracked or stained, dishwasher is rusty, overall feels poorly maintained. It was fine, but not great.

We loved the location of the villa; really short walk to the beach and we loved Shipyard. Although the villa was clean and met our needs, it was in need of many repairs/upgrades. The kitchen is old/fragile, sink/shower fixtures and door handles are in need of repair, and there is wall/ceiling damage. Beds were comfortable, the layout worked well for our family, the washer/dryer was very useful, and we appreciated being across from the pool. We love the area!
