About this villa rental
This two-story townhouse has been beautifully updated and is located within the gated community of Shipyard Resort, perfect for both beach and golf enthusiasts. With 3 bedrooms and 3.5 baths, this townhouse is ideal for families and groups of friends.
The first floor features a spacious living room with a sleeper sofa and flat screen TV. A half bath and laundry room are located just beyond the living area. The open-concept kitchen with a center island, breakfast bar, dining area and family room with another flat screen TV are also on this floor. You'll find two private decks on this level, both overlooking the pool, and providing comfortable seating to relax and chat with family and friends.
On the second floor are three generously sized bedrooms. The master suite includes a king size bed, 32" flat screen TV, additional seating, and an en suite bath with double sinks, granite countertops, and a glass walk-in shower. The second bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, 26" flat screen TV, and en suite bath with granite countertops and a glass walk-in shower. The third bedroom features 2 twin beds, a 22" flat screen TV, and a hall bath with a tub/shower combo. Beach Towels & Beach Chairs are included in every Hilton Head Rentals professionally managed property.
Beachwalk Villas is just a few steps away from the Shipyard Beach House, which has restrooms and outdoor showers for rinsing off sand and salt after a day at the beach.

We were very happy with the property. Location was great. We would vacation here again. Only recommendation would be to upgrade the TVs for smart TVs instead of old flat screens with just cable; minimal costs but would make a big difference for families that want to stream movies/sports at night. Every other aspect of the house was updated with the exception of the TVs.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The property had all the amenities we needed. Kitchen was very well stocked with dishware and utensils. Very nice appliances. The location was great and an easy walk to the beach. Property was located right next to the pool which was a bonus! Had a minor, non urgent maintenance issue upon arrival, which was easy to report. Property management team was great to work with. We really enjoyed this property, our favorite we've ever stayed at on the island!! We will definitely be back!!

The house and location are wonderful but it is a construction site !! Entrance is blocked. Parking is limited. Hammering starts at 7 AM. No mention of this in the Promotion.
