Majestic Beach Resort #1901 Tower 2 ~ Space for Everyone and Beautifully Decorated!
You will love spending your vacation in this spacious oceanfront condo! From oceanfront views and fun beach activities nearby, everything you need is here! Step into your condo and you will love the modern décor, including flat screen TVs. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and is completely stocked with all the utensils and small appliances you will need. Make your morning coffee and head to the balcony to enjoy the view! The open floor plan leads into the living area, with amazing views of the Gulf, which is perfect for movie nights! This is a wonderful area to relax with your guests after a long day at the beach.
The master bedroom features a king tempurpedic dual adjustable bed and has all the comforts of home. This room is truly its own retreat, with an en suite bathroom. It even has a large, flat screen TV for your entertainment. The guest room has a king bed, and a shared bathroom is just steps away. You can relax and watch a movie at night on the flat- screen TV here as well. The bunk room has twin/ full beds, and its own TV as well. There are also 4 electric recliners in the living room. It is perfect for everyone, kids, and adults alike.

Any unused cabana cash can not be transferred to a different date.

Super easy check in and condo was very clean. The pools were great! I would have given it 5 stars, except it stormed one night and the balcony door drain did not work and water came in on the living room floor. Soaked part of the carpet going to the master bedroom and a corner of the rug in the living room. Called maintenance, they didn't seem concerned said they would tell the rental company.

The VIP parking is misleading as you have to pay an extra 40 for garage access for the week. There were dirty dishes upon arrival. Housekeeping did not leave the pods for the dishwasher. There were some broken, and non functioning devices in the unit which questions the amount of attention that housekeeping and maintenance give the unit. The ceiling fan in the master bedroom was one. Some minor issues yes, but things you would not expect for the price you are paying to stay here.

While the location was perfect, some important parts were lacking. Attention to the small details were not what we hope for, such as mismatched cabinet knobs, dirty walls in the master bathroom along with water stains above the tub, the dryer not working at 100%, only warm water in the kitchen sink, bathroom drains not draining and misspelled labels on the light switches. Further more we were disappointed in the fact the advertised adjustable bed was not working, it was something we had looked forward to trying out, and most of the outside furniture was needing attention, as two of the chairs were not useable and another had very rusted legs and the provided towels and washcloths weren’t enough for a day for our family of four. The resort itself was okay but some of the rules seemed a little too nit picky for our liking, an example of this was the fact even if we left the resort for the day, when we returned to the parking garage, the attendant would ask us to see our bracelets, which I understand requiring us to wear them while on the grounds using the provided amenities, but not just to get into the building, because who wants to wear their advertisement while out on the town. A second example of this was security often circled the pool while we were swimming as if looking for a reason to reprimand guest. Also the onsite restaurants became redundant with trying to upsell their drink packages.
