All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Pool passes and wristbands are included in your reservation.
Bookings will be charged $40.00 per registration plus the credit card transaction fee in GuestSVCS. Cancellations will result in a credit card fee of 2.99% of the transaction amount, plus $.30. This fee is nonrefundable.
Armbands will be in the vacation rental upon arrival. Please leave them here when departing. Guests will be charged $50 for each missing armband.
Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

We had an amazing stay at this condo! From the moment we walked in, we felt right at home. The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was had plenty of silverware, dishes, glasses, pans, etc. making it easy to cook meals, and the living area was spacious and cozy for relaxing in the evenings. We also loved the dining table and 4 chairs along with 2 loungers on the balcony. Such a beautiful view of the beach, especially at sunset.
Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better vacation rental. Highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

This property is awesome but i would NEVER rent from VACASA again...it took two days to get our parking pass. We were there for a few days and had to take time out of two of them more than once to get a parking pass. We didnt have access to the gym and the description of the property said gym was available. Since then changed the descriptions. IMAGINE THAT The gym was one reason we got this place. We work out everyday! VACASA also told me we could check in early being I had my 80 year old mother with us. The condo was ready at 1 I walked up and talked with maids. THEY WOULDNT LET US IN...I WAS FURIOUS ... not for me but for my mom. Dont tell me we can check in early if your not going to let us!...I loved the place and hate it is run by this company. I WILL NOT BE BACK...will find another owner to rent from...:(
