We had a lovely stay. The property is minutes from downtown Phoenix, which is where our event was. Loved not having to get on a highway to and from the event. The furnishings are very comfortable. Check in / check out process could have been smoother both the owner was quick to respond to questions. All in all a great stay. Thank you!

The house needed some upkeep. Walls were damaged in several places and needed repairs and painting. Neighborhoods was OK but not the best.
