Comfortable 5 bedroom home in phoenix

The stay was good, my guest enjoyed the house the rooms were nice and clean. There was one issue that I found on day 1 July 1st when I inspected the house. The ice machine in the freezer was broken and didn’t work, this was the only issue that I noticed and the only issue that my guest complained about.Other than that the house and the stay was good.Steven Outley

Modern home, very clean with 5 rooms for a large family. Television in each room. Conveniently located to get to convention center.Pet friendly property.

Enjoyed our stay in Laveen. Close to shopping & food areas. My main concern with property was that the garage did not work and I was not informed of that issue beforehand. Had several guests, but some were forced to park on the street, which is normally not allowed in an HOA. Otherwise, it was a good place to stay. Roomy, quiet, and overall very nice!

I tried calling multiple times before check in with 0 success. I reached out to let them host know the remotes needed batteries, no response. The house was not very clean, floor felt oily, my kids removed there shoes and there feet got filthy within 10min. The walls and base board had stains and scuffs. A lot of the towels had previous visitor hair on them. No bbq. No access to the garage, which wasn't helpful. If you have more than one car the HOA doesn’t allow street parking. We weren’t able to use one of the beds. As it squeaked at every movement. Pillows were also extremely thin. Over all if you need the space and a place to sleep this is ok.
