Kick back and relax in this calm, amazing 3 bedroom, 1 den two story home. This home is centrally located to everything!!!! It's literally 15 min from Cardinals Stadium, Casinos, Downtown Phoenix/Tempe, Scottsdale, and conveniently located within 5 minutes of a ton of shopping and restaurants!!!! This home is a newly renovated home!!! Brand new appliances, Brand new beds and furniture! Very open floorplan that makes this home very spacious and great for families and get togethers!

Overall we had a good experience. Check in was easy and the host was available to answer questions. Location was convenient close to airport and other attractions. The kitchen was not equipped to accommodate the number of guests (6), limited cookware, plates and eating utensils. Expired items (K-cups and tea bags), window blinds were dirty and broke.

It's a lovely property that needs some upkeep, both exterior and interior. I have experienced much cleaner stays. Here is a photo of a vent.
