Two bedrooms are each equipped with comfortable double box-spring beds (180 × 200 cm and 160 × 200 cm). One of the bedrooms has its own bathroom with a shower and toilet. In addition, there is another bathroom with a bathtub, separate shower, and toilet.
The bright living area, featuring a modern sofa arrangement and dining area, forms the heart of the apartment. The high-quality, fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. Large windows provide plenty of natural light and offer a sweeping view of the sea; the living area also features a large LCD flat-screen TV with cable.
Throughout the apartment, cozy real wood floors create a pleasant atmosphere. Two furnished balconies facing north and south extend the living space, and free Wi-Fi is available. The apartment includes a parking space in the underground garage as well as an additional outdoor parking space. Bicycles can be stored in a lockable basement storage room or in an open bike shelter in front of the building. A washing machine and dryer are available for a fee.
