Nestled in a quiet area, it seduces travelers with its elegant swimming pool, its vast sunny terrace, its large exotic garden and its neat decoration.
To simplify your stay: all shops are 1km away, the Golf de Marsilly less than 5 km away, fish and seafood restaurants 2km away.

Bright and elegant, Villa Seychelles opens onto a large entrance hall that leads directly to the garden, harmoniously separating the day and night areas.
The heart of the house is a spectacular cathedral living room of 70 m², bathed in light, offering panoramic views of the wooden terrace, the exotic garden and the 10x5m swimming pool, with a depth ranging from 0.8m to 2m.
Presence of an alarm to secure the pool.
The fully equipped open-plan kitchen, extended by a functional scullery, communicates naturally with the living space.
Two lounges, organized around a central suspended fireplace, invite you to relax as well as to share moments, while the dining area can accommodate up to 8 people in a warm atmosphere.
The night area, discreet and intimate, includes a superb master suite with four-poster bed, shower room, private toilet, as well as two comfortable bedrooms served by a second bathroom.
The bedding is of quality, 160 wide for the master bedrooms, and 2 separate beds of 90 for the last bedroom (possibility of joining these 2 beds for 180 format)
All rooms have direct access to the garden or the pool terrace.
Outside, you will enjoy a perfectly maintained exotic garden, a large wooden terrace, a plancha, sunbeds, a ping-pong table and mood lighting for your evenings.

We had a very nice stay at the House. Livingroom and Master Bedroom and en Suite Bathroom were great.
The second bedroom was ok as well as the second bathroom.
Great garden and pool. We loved the Plancha.
Overall the house had a great vibe. Was well provided and we hope to be back. We really recommand it.
The owner was really friendly and had a lot to tell.
In short: It was a great stay.
