Located in the exclusive Capistrano Playa urbanization, this 1-bedroom is the perfect holiday destination for couples. The place has a private terrace with fantastic sea views. It also has an living room, a recently renovated kitchen and a bathroom.
Capistrano Playa is a gorgeous urbanization with typical Andalusian houses surrounding a large ornamental lake with plants and fishes. The apartment is a short walk away from the beach, where you can get to through a pathway and steps that pass through beautiful gardens. Restaurants and other facilities are nearby and Nerja town is a 20-minute walk away, but there is a bus stop on the same street.
In addition, the TV offers more than 190 International Channels and there’s High-Speed Internet is available. Iron and Hairdryer are standard and are at your disposal.
We can organize your pick-up at the airport and, if you have a late arrival, a Welcome Pack can be ordered.
Pool information: The communal swimming pool is open from Easter until 31 October. On rare occasions, availability may be temporarily affected by maintenance, repairs or other circumstances within the residential complex. If you have any questions about pool availability during your stay, please contact Casasol before booking.
Access to the accommodation is not adapted for people with reduced mobility.

The apartment was clean and tidy and was well equipped for our 5 might stay. Communication was good and the taxi transfer service was arranged efficiently. It was also easy to arrange a welcome pack of food. There is an outside area and you can see and hear the sea. The pool area is clean and well maintained and the pool itself is a good size. It should be mentioned that there are many steps to climb when walking to and from the beach which may be difficult if someone was less fit. However, the resort/development was well situated.
