The property is relatively easy to access via a few steps. Burriana Beach is less than a 5-minute walk away through the tropical gardens and just one or two minutes from the two community pools, which offer access to a bar and a restaurant. Wi-Fi is included in the rental price.

This bright apartment offers beautiful ocean views. The south-facing terrace is covered but enjoys hours of sunshine depending on the time of day, making it the perfect spot to enjoy breakfast, lunch, or dinner. The property consists of a living/dining room, a modern kitchen with a breakfast bar, and a double bedroom with two single beds.
Outside:
2 community pools, including a children’s pool, surrounded by lawns with a bar and restaurant.
On the private covered terrace, there is a table, 4 chairs, and a gas grill.
Living/Dining Room:
The terrace is accessed from the living room, which features a three-seater sofa, coffee table, sideboard, flat-screen TV, dining table, 4 chairs, and air conditioning.
Kitchen:
Modern and fully equipped, with a large oven, glass-ceramic cooktop, range hood, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, kettle, and toaster.
Bedroom:
Twin beds (90 x 200 cm), nightstand and lamp, dresser, hair dryer, full-length mirror, built-in closet, air conditioning unit.
Bathroom:
Walk-in shower with glass shower enclosure, toilet, separate sink, mirror, and top-loading washing machine

Perfect location and beautiful view. Patio doors open fully exposing the Mediterranean sea. Gorgeous. However bring ALL supplies. There is a coffee machine but no coffee. There is a washing machine but no soap. There is only enough toilet paper for one day. Be prepeared.
