About this apartment rental
Fabulous 3-bedroom apartment in Capistrano Playa exclusive urbanization. It has 1 double bed in one bedroom, 2 single beds in another bedroom, 1 single bed in a third bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room, allowing a total of 6 guests. The apartment enjoys 2 large private terraces, both with stunning views of Burriana beach, the sea, the gardens and the fabulous lake. It also has an open kitchen and a bathroom with bathtub.
Capistrano Playa is a gorgeous urbanization with typical Andalusian houses surrounding a large ornamental lake with plants and fishes. It is located on top of a hill, so it enjoys amazing views of the sea and Burriana beach from a privileged position. The apartment is a short walk away from the Burriana beach, where you can get to through a pathway and steps that pass through beautiful gardens. The urbanization also has 3 pools of different depths and the whole area is closed to anyone who is not a resident there. Restaurants and other facilities are nearby and Nerja town is a 20-minute walk away, but there is a bus stop on the same street.
We can organize your pick-up at the airport and, if you have a late arrival, a Welcome Pack can be ordered.
Pool information: The communal swimming pool is open from Easter until 31 October. On rare occasions, availability may be temporarily affected by maintenance, repairs or other circumstances within the residential complex. If you have any questions about pool availability during your stay, please contact Casasol before booking.
Access to the accommodation is not adapted for people with reduced mobility.

Overall we were completely satisfied. It exceeded our expectations. Cleanliness not an issue. We stayed in the complex last year and this unit was great! Casasol was great for communication and very timely with responses. Can't beat the location. The overall space is very comfortable and well equipped for a shorter or longer duration stay. We hope to return to Capistrano Playa next year.

Great spacious apartment in a brilliant location. It was very well equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The views out to sea were the absolute highlight for us. The roof terrace also provides all day sun as well as shelter if it’s windy. Communication was excellent with Nerja Holiday Rentals and someone was there to greet us in the middle of the night when our flight had been delayed.
The soft furnishings could be improved. The curtains had holes in them and the outside patio furniture on the balcony is very worn. There was also some plaster falling off the roof in the lounge so this is in need of repair.

El lugar es precioso y todos muy atentos. Se puede ir directamente a la playa por los jardines, todo limpio y bien cuidado. Una maravilla.
