Summary:
Enjoy the camping and outdoor experience in the comforts our Lodge Loft Apartment! This Loft apartment is on the 2nd floor and has one flight of stairs that leads up to it.
Located at Blue Spruce RV Park & Cabins, this apartment is setup like a hotel room and ready to use upon arrival. We own and manage the park along with the Cabin and we have an onsite staff for anything needed, just like a hotel.
Located 40 minutes northeast of Durango, CO, Blue Spruce RV Park & Cabins is a quiet, full amenity campground in The Vallecito Lake Community. Our park is nestled in The San Juan National Forest and backs up to the mountains. The park is a short drive to Vallecito Lake and surrounded by great hiking trails and outdoor activities. Our amenities include a dining hall for group events, game room with parlor games (pool tables, air hockey, darts), basketball court, horseshoe pit, ping pong table, and a great outdoor pavilion. We offer multiple cabins, park apartments, and pre-setup RV's for rent. We are a perfect launching point for endless outdoor fun with amenities to keep you and your kids busy when back at the park.
A personal gas grill and patio furniture provided on the private deck outside the apartment.

The Space:
This rental is a 2nd floor loft apartment. It has 2 bedrooms, 4 total beds, 1 bath and sleeps up to 5. There is one flight of stairs that lead up to the apartment.
This rental includes:
• 1 queen bed in the bedroom #1. 1 Full Bed in Bedroom #2, and 2 Fold out Futons in the Living Room.
• Private Deck outside of the house with patio furniture and propane grill (Deck shown in pictures with red umbrella)
• Wood burning fireplace inside apartment.
• All bedding and towels are provided
• Bath soap, shampoo, and dish soap are provided
• Fully stocked kitchen to cook your own meals which includes basic cookware, flatware, dishes & glassware.
• Free Cable TV. Free Wifi sufficient for email, zoom calls and social media. Streaming can be a challenge when the park is busy.
• AC & Furnace
• Full Bathroom. (RV Park also has Communal Bathrooms w/additional showers if needed.)
• Standard Coffee Maker w/filters
Requirements to Rent:
• Park quiet hours of 9pm-7am is enforced
• No smoking, no pets, no bikes inside
• Not required, but we kindly ask you to remove shoes while in the rental, particularly in carpeted areas
• No more than two licensed vehicles of any type are permitted per site.
• Extra parking for vehicles and trailers is available but not guaranteed. Please reach out to us to arrange prior to arrival.

We had crisp cool mornings and warm, sunny days. The early fall colors are outstanding. Great views, great hiking trails with abundant wildlife. We had a great time.
