This amazing, beautifully renovated, premier corner unit # 1201 condo at Pelican Beach Resort has commanding views of the Gulf of Mexico from two sides and every room. Enjoy NEW upgrades throughout, including granite counters, fine furnishings, new décor, a beautiful electric fireplace and full-size, high-end appliances to assist you in the kitchen. Renovations also include new paint, new baseboards, new door trim, all new Vinyl flooring, new curtains, new living room ceiling fans, and a new kitchen table and bar stools and smart TVs throughout. The condo has TWO private balconies offering breathtaking views of the expansive shoreline, perfect for enjoying picturesque sunrises and sunsets. Enjoy the convenience of your very own brand new GE washer and dryer, a large smart flatscreen TV in each of the bedrooms and the living room. Enjoy high speed internet for streaming. Enjoy our full size Arcade game recently added to the bunk room with Ms.Pac-man, Galaxian and other Arcade games. The second full bathroom is located next to the second bedroom, with access from the hall. Pelican Beach Resort community amenities include 3 pools, a hot tub, and two fitness centers. Also right on property there are designated Self Pay EV Charging spots for convenience, if you have an EV!

THE VIEW was breathtaking!! We couldn't get enough of it from the two balconies and floor to ceiling windows!! The condo too was beautiful and perfectly furnished!! The people at the resort were very friendly and helpful!! Highly recommend this condo!!!

My family and I stayed over Christmas and it was perfect! The space was clean and updated. There was an issue with the water heated but it was fixed promptly

We enjoyed our stay again. We booked for next year. The couch is getting too soft. The cushions are getting worn down. No other issues. We love it there.

An hour before check out time our code stopped working on the door. Thirty minutes before check out, the cleaners showed up. We were told there’s a strict no early check in policy, and were threatened more than once with a 30$ per 15 minutes over check out fine. Our check in code didn’t work so we actually checked in late. The top two bunks had sand in them when we got here but we were told in four different communications that we would be charged an extra cleaning fee for sand in the room. The elevators were out of order most of the stay, the kitchen only has tools in it, not a single other thing so calling it fully stocked is crazy. I usually extend grace to the places we stay, but this place sent so many emails and texts about what we would be fined for if we didn’t clean the place only to show up and it was kind of filthy. The showers had mold in them. There was chocolate splattered on a door. I wouldn’t stay here again.
