Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom & one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens and towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.
E-Checks are accepted for advance reservations at no additional charge (15 days prior to check in). All credit card payments will incur a 3.5% convenience fee.

Great trip with the family! Beautiful views- the beach and water were perfect! Condo was nice and clean. Beds were comfortable. The basketball court is not operational which was disappointing for our teens boys but overall we had a great trip!

The amenities at the property or as advertised through the online booking process. The two outside pools and outside hot tubs were very nice. We did feel that the hot tub rules were not enforced as there were several times when the hot tub was completely filled with mostly individuals raging from ages 5 to 9 the outside air temperature was anywhere between 74 and 78 while we were there for spring break. The pools were heated, but we felt the temperature could’ve been put up one or 2 to take the nip off the water. The beach access from the property was phenomenal, with just a few steps from the boardwalk you were on the beach as far as the condo itself we stayed in, we thought it was very adequate for our families needs. The views from the 20th floor were very nice overall we are very happy with the condo and the grounds. We felt that the some of the trim in the bedrooms and bathrooms and living space could have used a fresh coat of paint. The couch and loveseat in the living room, we’re a little old and stained, but nothing that was too too bad.
