Pelican Beach Resort in Northwest Florida features exercise and fitness centers in each building, a poolside deli, a provisions shop, and a beachfront tiki bar. The Destin Resort also offers tennis courts, a video game room, two spas, beach service, pickle ball, EV charging station, outdoor grills, three pools - gulf front, lakefront, or indoor/outdoor, and don’t miss the Pelican Beach Café. This property comes with 2 parking spaces.
We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25.
Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.
In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil.

Not as equipped with essentials in the kitchen as stated. Pot holders, skillets were awful and the stove drip pans made it impossible to cook anything evenly. Our party was accused by the neighbor of smoking marijuana on the balcony and we had not even been on the balcony. Security walks around on patrol like everyone is a villain. The plus side was the amazing staff at the tiki bar and the access to the pools and beach. Would we stay at Pelican Beach again, probably not.
