Pigeon Forge Cottage Rental- Alluring River Unit 553-is a 3 bedroom, 3 bath and ½ bath riverside cottage located about 1 mile from downtown Pigeon Forge, and just 5 miles from Dollywood. This beautiful cottage, located In River Pointe which offers the Little Pigeon River, features all the all the amenities you want, a great location and the beautiful river walking distance. Alluring River, River Pointe 553 features a fully equipped Kitchen with Stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. The living room has a couch and love seat with gas fireplace and 55-inch flat screen, and a couch that pulls out to a sleeper sofa. The dining area offers an aspen table with bench seating and there is a bar for additional seating. There are 2 bedrooms on the main level with King Size beds in each with 65-inch flat screen televisions. One of the bathrooms on the main level offers a walk-in shower with a whirlpool tub. The other Bathroom on the main level offers a walk-in shower. Upstairs offers 2 sleeping areas with queen size bed in each area. There is a bathroom upstairs with a walk-in shower. Downstairs area offers entertainment for everyone. There is a ping Pong table, pool table, air hockey table and 2 multi-cade arcade system. There is also a 70-inch flat screen television to enjoy. We had a good last minute weekend at this house. It was close to the main road in pigeon forge. The house was spacious and had a fun game room and hot tub. It is in an HOA neighborhood and I was nervous a bit when I found that out, but it was fine. There were small things like with every house, blinds torn, remote in master needs replaced. But overall we loved this house and location. Would definitely stay again!

Upon arrival my wife notice that the master bedroom had a spring odor. She then saw that dishes that were supposed to be put away clean were not. The dishwasher turned out to be clogged. The shower drains and the kitchen sink had a lot of dark build up on them. The hot tube had a sulfur odor to it. There was grease and dirt build up on the cabinets above the microwave. When we tried to use the jacuzzie tub in the master dirt came out of the jets. We didn’t have sheets for one of the pull out couch beds and when we called at 8am to let them know they weren’t dropped off until after 6 that night. I don’t expect the property to be perfect however when we are paying the amount we did I do expect better than what we got.
