About this house rental
Beautiful ocean-view home nestled on the cliffs of Ocean Beach! This spacious property features two separate units with hot tub, pool, BBQ, plenty of patio seating, and panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean. Just a few minutes drive to the public beach, pier, tide pools, restaurants, shopping, and weekly farmer's market. A/C and high speed Wifi available for guest use. Smart TVs in living area and 4 of the 5 bedrooms. Up to 3 parking spaces for use in the driveway and street parking available!
The front unit contains 3 bedrooms (all with king size beds), 2 bathrooms, full kitchen, washer/dryer, dining area, and large living room with fireplace.
The 2-story back unit contains 2 bedrooms (King, King), 2 bathrooms, and a full kitchen. Both units are beautifully furnished with quality pieces.
The large kitchen, BBQ, ample dining and lounging areas, tranquil beach neighborhood, and outdoor patio space make this a great location for your family vacation, work retreat, or other gathering!
Please know this home is located in a community that values peace and tranquility, and partying is against our house rules. While we want you to have a fantastic stay, we want to make sure we respect our neighbor's peaceful environment and be considerate of the surrounding residents. The pool can be heated upon request for an additional $150/day, plus tax and service fees. Please let us know if you are interested! Please note that it takes 12-24 hours for the pool to heat up, so it is best to arrange this ahead of your stay!
