Lovely renovated flat by the Vatican 058091-CAV-08193 30247

This was a nice place with very comfortable accommodations, a washer/dryer, and so convenient to the train station! Leondro was very helpful.

The apartment was good sized and in an excellent location (1/2 block from the Metro station). The bedrooms were large and comfortable and we had plenty of room for 4 adults. The second bathroom was a little small, but the shower was good sized in both bathrooms. The controls for the air conditioning were not in the apartment, but the unit had an excellent cross breeze which kept it comfortable all but one night even when it was about 30C (86F) during the day. The host was very friendly and helpful, accommodating our last minute travel delay for a quick check in and providing a list of wonderful places to eat. The apartment is in an excellent location with lots of places to eat and grocery stores nearby, and the metro and bus stop right out the door. Several very nice pastry shops and Gelato stores within 2-3 minute walk. Less than 10 minute walk to the Vatican museum and St. Peters Square, and less than 15 minutes to the colosseum by the metro. We enjoyed our stay and would stay at the same apartment if we return back to Rome.

The property is on a busy street but close the windows and it is silent. The TV was not connected during our stay but we didn’t worry about that too much. The apartment could use a deep cleaning. I am particularly attune to cleanliness. It might not bother someone else. There is no jacuzzi. The AC heater worked fine. Leandro was prompt to let’s us in to the unit. Responded in reasonable time when messaged. I felt a booklet of the apartment could benefit tourist. Especially regarding the washer dryer system. They are not like in the USA. M
