Wonderful apartment located in Via Otranto, a short distance from Piazza San Pietro and a short walk from the historic center of Rome. The property is located in the Prati district, strategically located for visiting the city and live in one of the most beautiful and characteristic areas of Rome, a few steps we find the metro A line "Ottaviano"; The neighborhood offers different types of restaurants, bars and shops .The apartment is located on the 5th floor, it is comprised of a living room with sofas , a dining table , a fully equipped kitchen, a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom, a bathroom with shower and another double room. It is equipped with air conditioning, satellite plasma TV, Dolby-Surround, DVD, wi-fi, washing machine and a dishwasher .The modern furniture completes this beautiful apartment.

This is a clean fifth-floor apartment located in Prati, less than two minutes from the Ottaviano Metro station and less than ten minutes north of St. Peter's Square and the Vatican. Modern Rome is literally outside your front door (grocery stores, a bookstore across the street, restaurants every block, Via Ottaviano is a great evening passeggiata walk each night) and the Mercato Trionfale (Rome's largest indoor market) is two blocks west (and I visited most mornings for coffee and to pick up breakfast and lunch for my family...oh, I will miss the mercato so much.) You will feel like you live in Rome in this apartment, though have easy access via the close Metro to the touristy parts of the city. The hosts were lovely, friendly, and responsive and worked with me for an easy early check-in. If I were to rebook a trip to Rome, I would want to come and stay at the same apartment. One tip I wish I knew before the trip ... I would definitely download WhatsApp and connect with the hosts before the trip so you can avoid having to buy an international data plan. You can communicate on airplane mode with free wifi.
