L’appartamento è in una super posizione: tranquilla e nel cuore di Prati, a due passi dai musei Vaticani e da qualsiasi servizio e dalla metro. Premetto che l’host è premurosa e gentile(anche se purtroppo non l’abbiamo mai vista sia nel check in che nel check out in quanto si fa tutto in autonomia)
Abbiamo avuto un problema iniziale in quanto abbiamo trovato la biancheria sporca e purtroppo sono sincera non ho trovato tutta la pulizia decantata nei commenti (ho scelto quest’appartamento per i punteggi alti sulla pulizia) Sophia mi ha immediatamente mandato un suo collaboratore(nulla da dire sulla sua prontezza) e in un qualche modo ha tentato di rimediare…

It’s location. It was central, near the Vatican and the Metro line and lots of nice restaurants and shops. It was safe and had a relaxed atmosphere. Great shops nearby too.
The smell of smoke. We thought we had booked non-smoking apartment.

Host was great, fast response to all questions, allowed us to store luggage in the apartment on the last day of visit (before heading to the airport). Location is excellent, close to Vatican, very quiet during night, safe, close walking distance to all attractions. Functional lift. Recommended for family stay.
