Every bedroom is equipped with LED Smart TV`s, comfortable mattresses with elegant bedding. It`s the perfect entertainment pad with Ping-Pong in the living room, an 85` inch LED TV in the family room, a top-of-the-line hot tub & private pool in a fully enclosed backyard.

This newly remodeled and tastefully furnished home is the PERFECT rental property. It sits just north of Chaparral Road off of 86th Street & Pecos Lane located in the heart of Old Town Scottsdale. This 4 bedroom, 3 full bath, 2,100 square foot rental property is perfect for hosting guests, entertaining friends or reuniting with loved ones. The black, white, gray and caramel accents throughout offer the perfect touch offering a hybrid motif between contemporary meets modern.



Help yourself to a friendly competitive game of Ping-Pong in the living room all while watching live-streaming sporting events on the 85` inch LED Smart TV. Take a load off and relax out back in the fully enclosed private backyard equipped with a year-round heated pool, hot tub, fire pit and natural gas BBQ grill. The cafe lights strung up all along the perimeter sets the perfect ambiance when looking to unwind underneath the dimly lit pergola.



Inside the house features an open style floor plan with a great room consisting of a kitchen, dining area, family room and gaming corner (Ping-Pong). This home is furnished with 2 Master Bedrooms located on opposite sides of the house along with 2 guest bedrooms equipped with a set of Full & Twin bunk beds. Guest will have complete access to the in-unit washer & dryer located at the entrance of the main hallway along with the attached 2-car parking garage.



This home is all yours. All guests and vacationers will have complete access to the rental property. All we ask is that you please keep out of the Owners Closet located at the end of the bedroom hallway.

* POOL HEATING FEE: The pool may be heated UPON REQUEST and PRIOR to the guests arrival in order to cover the costs to heat the pool. There will be a charge of $75 per day from October through April. We cannot heat the pool for individual or specific days during a guests reservation (it is an all or nothing). The pool will be heated to a comfortable 80 - 82 degrees.



* POOL HEATING DISCLAIMER: Electric heat pumps are designed to function efficiently when the ambient outdoor temperature is above 50 degrees. However, when the temperature drops below this threshold, the heat pumps automatically shut off to conserve energy and prevent overheating. As soon as the temperature rises above 50 degrees, the system will resume heating the pool to the desired temperature of 80-82 degrees, working continuously to maintain comfort for our guests.



* PROPANE TANK FEE: There will be an additional charge of $35 per propane tank for use of the Fire Pit. All propane tanks will be available and accessible upon request.



* PET FEE: There will be an additional Pet Fee of $150 per pet. Pricing can be negotiated based on size, age and training of animal. Please be advised that this fee is PER ANIMAL and that the guest is still liable, responsible and will be held accountable for any pet accidents throughout the home for the duration of their stay (i.e., Urine or poop stains, chewed up furniture, damaged property or missing personal belongings).



* POOL & HOT TUB SAFETY WARNING: Per Arizona Revised Statutes Title 36, Chapter 16, Section 1681, please be aware that there is NO pool fence or barrier around the pool or hot tub at this property. However, for added safety, we have installed audible alarm systems on all windows, doors, sliding doors, and other access points leading to the pool area. These alarms are designed to alert you whenever a pool access point is opened.



Guests acknowledge that children and/or handicapped individuals should never be left unattended in or near the pool or hot tub area. Swimming and/or playing in or around water involves inherent risk, and by choosing to use these facilities, guests expressly assume all responsibility and liability for their own safety, as well as for the safety of any children or individuals under their supervision.

* Pool Hoses

* Pressure Valves

* Water Features



Unauthorized interaction with pool equipment may cause damage, create safety hazards, or disrupt pool operations. Guests will be held financially responsible and liable for any repairs, damages, or service calls resulting from violation of these guidelines.



* REQUIRED STATE VERBIAGE: All Dwelling units, including Vacation Rentals and Short term rentals shall have a maximum family size of 6 adults (and their related dependent children).

We had a wonderful time at this home that is 100% as good as it looks in the pictures. Gorgeous décor, sparkling pool, comfy furniture, and a very well-equipped kitchen. We loved having garage parking, a professional fridge with icemaker and filtered water, and a beautiful back yard with lots of space to relax. Highly recommended. Enjoy!

Was the perfect house for our trip to scottsdale. We knew we would be staying at the house for a good portion of the trip so we wanted something spacious and comfortable and the pool was absolutely awesome.
