With elegant furnishings and a resort-style ambiance, this home is perfect for families and groups looking for a stylish getaway. Accommodates up to 10 guests.

Two Primary Suites
• Both suites include King beds and private bathrooms for ultimate privacy.
• Bedroom 3 features a Queen bed, and Bedroom 4 offers 2 Twin beds.
• Additional sleeping options include a Queen sleeper sofa and a large sectional in the downstairs living room.
Resort-Style Backyard
• Enjoy the newly installed heated pool with a baja step and umbrella shade, ideal for lounging or children’s play.
• Relax in the oversized hot tub or gather around the built-in gas firepit.
• Includes outdoor games: beer pong table, cornhole, giant Connect Four, giant Jenga, and oversized “Bucket Pong.”
Entertainment Hub
• The basement living room features a cozy sectional, a Queen sleeper sofa, and a brand-new 82” TV for movie nights.
Prime Location
• Located just half a block from the Scottsdale canal, ideal for jogging, walking, or biking.
• Less than 5 miles from Old Town Scottsdale, offering premier dining, shopping, and nightlife.
Optional Add-Ons
• Optional add on- Pool Fence: Perfect for families with young children or to keep animals out of pool (additional fee applies).
• Pool Heat: Pool and spa heaters are available with gas usage billed separately. Hot tub heat included but pool heat if added is an additional fee
• Pet-Friendly: Dogs are welcome with prior approval and a pet fee (maximum of 2 dogs; no cats due to allergies). NO ANIMALS ALLOWED IN THE POOL. The hair will clog the cleaner and filter!!

This was a great place to stay and had all the things we wanted! The pool and hot tub were great for the kids to play in. The beds were super comfortable and we had plenty of TVs so everyone could watch what they wanted, the outdoor fire pit was great for keeping us warm on the cold desert nights. We had such a great stay!

The house was perfect for our visit. The 2 master bedrooms were wonderful. The hot tub was a perfect way to end every day. Appliances were great, living areas were wonderful, the fireplace was a great way to take the chill off early mornings and late nights. The fire pit outside was terrific and the backyard was amazing overall with cornhole, the swing and all. The property was a perfect place for the 5 of us. Hope to come back again for another family getaway with additional family members

We had a great stay in Scottsdale. The house was really well equipped for guests and very clean. The kitchen had everything you could need too. We loved the back yard and spent a lot of time in the pool and hot tub. Th hot tub heated up quickly and since we were there in December we opted for pool heat which was perfect because we were able to swim too. We were an adult family of 6 and had a really enjoyable time we spent one whole afternoon just enjoying the pool and yard. Mycal was very responsive and I would recommend this house to family and friends. Thank you for helping us create great family memories.
