About this house rental

Comfortable holiday home with 4 bedrooms, a large kitchen, lounges in the attic of about 70 m², kitchen, bedroom for extra bed and lounge each 15 m² in the loft and 2 bathrooms. Electric heating throughout. Terrace about 40 m² with barbecue and patio furniture, 4 parking spaces available. On the ground floor: kitchen 30 m², 3 bedrooms with double bed and wardrobe, bathroom with shower, toilet and two sinks. In the attic: double bedroom, living room with sitting area, TV, video and stereo, living hall with kitchenette and table for 8 persons, bathroom with shower and toilet. In the loft: bedroom for extra bed and sitting area with TV. Cleaning pay 95,00 Euro spot. Heating, water, electricity to be paid extra on the spot. Cot available. Pets are not allowed.

The house stands on a 2500 sq m site on current between the Szczecin Lagoon and the backwaters. Ideal for nature lovers, anglers, water walkers and cyclists. Near about 50 m there is a harbor / Wasserwanderrastplatz. Swimming: Usedom / Baltic Sea about 60 km, Mönkebude / Lagoon about 35 km, Ueckermünde / Lagoon about 45 km. Attractions: Tierpark Ueckermünde, Karniener bridge Peenemunde, Lilienthal Anklam, restoration Peenetalmoor. Shopping: approx. 15 km to Anklam, Anklam railway station about 20 km.
