Great location & great spacious room. Shame about the communication & host support

Location was great.

There are no “hosts”. Communication was poor. We had to ring them for a message then to appear in my booking about key box, etc. €15 per night for parking on/site BUT we had to go to their office to pay it!!! Couldn’t pay by card by phone; then they insisted on card on the office hahaha- and then their machine wouldn’t work! The last laugh was on them. Tourist tax ok (could have left cash on table), but €15 charges unnecessary.

I think the „bathroom“ boxes are a really room design thing, but it was not really practicable. The was directly next two the bed and door could not be fully closed. even if it would be close, there is a small gap between door and wall so you can here everything.

Outstanding apartment - immaculate and comfortable

Fantastic apartment. Clean and immaculately presented. Comfortable bed and sofa. Kitchen had enough equipment for a few days self- catering. All fittings looked new. There was no noise at all from other apartments. We had a short walk to the beach promenade and walked along to the Polish border from the property. Easy access to the beach and sea but too cold to swim in January.

Claustrophobic apartment for exorbitant money.

The location is very good.

When you book Villa Staudt you have to pay close attention to the apartment they asign to you, because there are more than 10 (!) apartements on the property. Since they show on their website only spacious rooms with high ceilings we were expecting to get somthing like this when we booked a room for costs exceeding € 400,00 per night. Yes, we got a very big apartment with 130 sqm but not in the main building instead we stayed in the nextdoor maid´s quarters. The room was functional but by no means grandious and certainly not worth the price. The hight of the ceiling was 2,30 meters. If we would have paid more attition we could have find out..... but we were relying on the pictures. When we complaint, they said this is what you booked. We checked one more time and unfortunately they were right. However, we feel tricked. So pay very close attition not to be tricked by Villa Staudt.

Very Lovely Stay in a Fabulous Location

The apartment was large and tastefully decorated with high quality furnishings, appliances and kitchen items. Beds were very comfortable. Fabulous location. Staff were responsive. I actually liked the bathrooms pods with slick shower. The building itself is beautiful and very well maintained.

The ‘terrace’ is not really much of a terrace with just a table & chairs at the side of the building. You also have to go outside to access it (which we were aware of). I was expecting an actual terrace with a nice outdoor space, which was not the case. The wifi did not work in all areas of the apartment. The kitchen area is small and could use more counter space. I personally think parking should be included in the price and the extra cost of the ‘linen package’ is a bit steep considering we only changed our towels once during our 6 day stay.

Heavenly stay at Villa Staudt-Dankeschön!!!

I had visited Herringsdorf before and had always admired the stately Villa Staudt. The gorgeous villa is surrounded by trees and has a magnificent wrap-around garden facing the Baltic Sea. I love everything about this location and the villa itself. Each of the apartments is furnished with care and charm. It has everything for your stay. I have been traveling for many years; Villa Staudt is furnished with immaculate love for detail, and quality one rarely finds. Herr Huseman, the greeter and man for everything, was super friendly and professional. I'll be back for sure!!

Amazing experience with a lot of charm, style and class

We loved our stay at Villa Staudt so much! The property is just amazing, full of history and atmosphere. The apartment was stylish and all the fixtures, appliances and cookware were of the highest quality standards. Mr. Husemeier greeted us right at the door when we arrived and explained everything about the property. He was also available by text during our whole stay and solved every situation within minutes. Amazing service and care. We didn’t want to leave, and we will certainly return!

In our particular apartment, the bathroom and shower setup were a little inconvenient as there was no place, not in the shower nor by the sink, to put a lot of toiletries. Especially as a woman, this proved to be a little bit of a challenge. Only other thing is that there could’ve been more hangers in the closets (only 3-5 currently).

Gemütlich muss man selbst organisieren 😉

Schöne große Ferienwohnung, Ausstattung sehr gut und mit Blick auf die Ostsee perfekt.

Der WC-/Duschwürfel steht mitten im großen Zimmer, was in Teilen nicht so angenehm ist, wenn man nicht allein reist. Leider war das bei der Buchung nicht erkennbar. Zudem schafft die Heizung bei Minustemperaturen kaum, die sehr hohen Räume ausreichend zu wärmen. Dicke Socken und Decke sind Pflicht.

Durch die Höhe der Zimmer, waren die oberen Schränke der Küche kaum erreichbar. Aber man hatte einen Hocker bereitgestellt. Auf den vorhandenen Kopfkissen konnte man nicht so gut schlafen. Man sollte sich für Federn /Daunen entscheiden.

Komfortable, gemütliche Wohnung in bester Lage am Strand.

Die hochwertige Einrichtung, alles sehr geschmackvoll und modern. Im Bad sogar Pflegeprodukte von Malton Brown. Die Lage direkt an der Ostsee ist wunderbar.

Die Parkplätze hätten bei den Übernachtungspreisen auch inklusive sein können.

Perfekte Lage, rundum schöner Aufenthalt

Wir waren in der Remise und es hat uns rundum gefallen. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Bett sehr bequem, Küche gut ausgestattet, wenngleich ein wenig unpraktisch. Die Lage ist perfekt, wenige Gehminuten zur Seebrücke und zum Strand. Angelika stand uns per Mail stets zur Verfügung.

Strandtücher werden nicht angeboten, was angesichts der Nähe zum Strand schade ist.

Die moderne Einrichtung und die Nähe zum Strand.

Es wird leider nicht gereinigt und die Handtücher werden auch nicht gewechselt. Nachdem ich freundlicherweise nach neuen sauberen Handtüchern gefragt habe, bekam ich neue saubere… das war überhaupt kein Problem! Das Personal ist ausgesprochen nett und freundlich!!!!!
