The booking includes bed linen and towels for all guests, as well as final cleaning of the property. The property is delivered completely clean, tidy, and ready for a comfortable and functional stay from day one.
– We offer 24-hour assistance throughout your stay. During the day we are available for any needs, and at night we attend to important emergencies to ensure your peace of mind.
– Check-in and check-out are done in person by our team, offering a complete introduction to the property, answering any questions, and personally handing over and collecting the keys.
– At the time of booking, the guest will receive access to an online platform where they can easily book activities, boats, bicycles, cars, restaurants, transport services and other complementary services, all integrated into the booking confirmation.
House rules and schedules.
– Check-in: from 4:00 pm.
– Check-out: until 10:00 a.m.
– Parties and events are not allowed.
– No pets allowed.
Note 1. Final cleaning fees are included in the rental price. This does not relieve the client of their obligation to care for the property during their stay. No charge will be applied to the deposit provided the property is used reasonably. Rubbish must be taken to the recycling point indicated by the property coordinator.
Note 2. In accordance with current regulations in the Balearic Islands, all tourist accommodations are required to charge guests aged 16 and over the age of 16 the Tourist Tax, which is subsequently paid to the Regional Authorities.
Note 3. In those properties where it is possible to include an extra bed, and always subject to availability, the cost will be €15 per person per day.
Note 4. Check-in after 10:00 PM incurs an additional charge of €30, and after midnight, €50. However, self check-in with a welcome from staff is available the following day. When possible, late check-out is subject to availability and costs €90 until 1:00 PM and €160 until 4:00 PM.

Great apartment located on the beach in port d’Alcudia. Everything looks like on the pictures. Really great air condition, good view from all windows and balconies. Practical kitchen with everything you need. Excellent service from the company representatives - always hands on and giving good advices and tips. Highly recommend both the apartment and company!
Sofa is a bit outdated, but does the job. Bed could be more comfortable but is ok.

Perfect location, next to the beach. Many shops and good restaurants are just around the corner. The apartment has all the ammenities you might need on holidays.

We loved Port Alcudia and the entire Island of Mallorca! Apartment was comfortable with everything you need for a short term stay. The only issue was the loud music from the rest/bar immediately next door nightly until midnight. If you are a traveller that does not sleep well with noise, this is not for you. We booked based on other reviews and the noise was not mentioned unfortunately.
