About this villa rental
Can Malondra is a wonderful 4-bedroom villa for 8 people, with gardens and an enormous swimming pool, situated in the heart of nature in the Pollença area, very close to the beaches.
Upon entering the villa, we find beautiful natural stone pathways that lead you through the garden to the swimming pool terrace, where sun loungers invite you to make the most of the Mediterranean sun. The swimming pool is simply spectacular. It measures 9 x 4.5 m and has a water depth of 0.60 - 1.90 m, and is the ideal place to cool off from the Mediterranean heat. Next to the pool is the furnished terrace with an outdoor kitchen and barbecue, the perfect place to dine outdoors and cook exquisite barbecues with friends and family. In the garden and on the terraces we find different rest areas with hammocks, outdoor sofa and armchair areas. There is a large grassed area for children to play and run around in front of the house. The natural garden features Mediterranean trees and plants.
From the swimming pool terrace, you access a bright, air-conditioned living room with comfortable sofas and satellite TV, ideal for reading or relaxing. The adjoining living room-dining room is comfortably furnished. The separate kitchen-dining room has a ceramic hob, as well as all the important appliances and utensils to enjoy a gastronomic holiday, plus there is another dining table for 6 people. In the laundry room there is a washing machine, ironing board and iron. Can Malondra has 4 bedrooms, 2 with air conditioning and the others with a fan. Two of the rooms are equipped with 2 single beds each and two other rooms with 1 double bed each. All bedrooms have 1 wardrobe each. Additionally, two of the bedrooms offer a bathroom with a bathtub en suite. There is a third bathroom with a bathtub for all residents. If you are travelling with a baby, a cot and a high chair can be provided. There are 2 outdoor parking spaces.

We really enjoyed our stay here.(first week in Sept) despite struggling a bit with mosquitos.
The villa is very large. Big kitchen with table to eat.
Big dining/lounge area and another large living room ( which is an extension between the old lounge and the new ensuite).
Outside even better. The living area doesn't open out to the pool as described but to the gardens. The pool with amazing outdoor kitchen/barbeque/eating area, is just the other side of the drive. In-between is the utility area where the table tennis table now sits.
Large garden has a mixture of grass and amazing plants. A few other seating areas dottrd around too.
Note the extension is built adjoining windows from the 4th bedroom and 3rd bathroom. Slightly weird but not uncommon in Europe. The 4th bedroom doesn't have air conditioning (just a fan) but the window from the living area (which does have air conditioning) can be left open. Not efficient but helps.
It's a 5 minute walk to nearest bar and shop, ten minutes to a large Eroski and 20 minutes to the port, square and beach. 5 mins in the car to an out of town Eroski and Lidl.
We recommend the walks to Saint Vicenc and Cala Boquer. Both a bit rocky in places so need decent footwear ( find some reviews first).

Comfortable, clean well equipped villa. The owner has obviously loved this property and it shows, but for us the garden, pool and outside bbq facilities are amazing. We had a fabulous stay.

We have had a lovely holiday with family. The villa is perfect and Margarita was the perfect host popping in to check all was ok on our arrival. The coffee machine didn’t seem to work, she went out of her way to supply us with a new one the same day. The villa has had a lot of upgrades the advertised photos really don’t do it justice as it so beautiful. The location is great a little walk into Puerto Pollenca no issues as nice and flat. We would definitely recommend this lovely place and accommodation just perfect.
If I’m going to be critical the shower heads could do with replacing as seemed to squirt everywhere but really was a big issue.
