This stunning newly-built holiday villa is one of the stand out luxury rental properties in the north of Mallorca.
Achingly cool, chic and contemporary in design and constructed from the finest materials available.
Nestling on a gentle hillside overlooking the sea, the large windows allow the soft Mediterranean light to flood in, creating a relaxing ambience.
Comprising three tasteful floors, the property sleeps up to 12 people in luxurious conditions. By being situated on a terraced hillside, the entrance to Villa Marvelo is on the top floor, as is a large double bedroom with en suite facilities and walk-in wardrobe. Step out onto the large terrace and you enjoy a brilliant view of the whole bay.
This top floor also provides access to a double carport (covered) and a bike store with bunk room should budding cyclists wish to explore the beautiful Tramuntana mountains.
Take the stairs down (or the in-house lift!) to the second level and you`ll find a gorgeous master suite featuring a double en suite bedroom with access to a spacious terrace, a separate en suite bedroom with a double (configurable as 2 singles) and one single bed, a further twin en suite bedroom, and a dorm with 3 bunk beds.
The stunning living area on the ground floor comprises a large, comfortable living/dining area leading out through the glass frontage to the huge covered terrace. Just perfect for chilling out with family and friends
The large, state-of-the-art Bulthaup/Gaggenau designer kitchen is also on this level: the ideal place for a meal with family and friends. There is also a private cinema room (plus a sofa bed for guests) to add to the enjoyment of your holiday.
It goes without saying that Villa Marvelo features hot/cold air conditioning and underfloor heating for your utmost comfort. There is WiFi throughout too, plus smart TV enabling you to catch up with your favourite programmes. You can also challenge your friends to a game of table tennis.
And then there`s the heated private swimming pool and terrace. It`s on the large side too, (17m x 5m x 1.7m approximately) with stepped entrance for easy access. What better place to enjoy a refreshing early morning dip or just to cool off from the hot Mediterranean sun.
The views from here are delightful and you have the use of the luxury sun loungers poolside. The surrounding garden is full of lovely flowers and shrubs.
Being located in the Puerto Pollensa area of north Mallorca means that you have the finest facilities virtually on your doorstep. There are golf courses, beautiful sandy beaches, shallow, and crystal clear waters ideal for water sports.

Awesome villa with plenty of space for 12 and 3 families. Stunning design, pool area, views.
Only downside is the location - walking to and from town involves steep steps that could do with improvement - no handrail for instance. Bear in mind if elderly or with young children

We -three families- have been in Villa Marvelo twice. Swimming pool is great and it is lovely to have dinner together. Children loved tv-room and bunk beds.

Even better than it looks in the photos, the 11 of us staying here (3 families with teenagers) just could not get over how gorgeous this villa is. Takes quite a lot to impress the 4 x 13-16 year olds in our party but this place did it. So much space and so incredibly well designed with a fantastic pool too. All of the bedrooms are gorgeous with comfortable beds, brilliant bathrooms and enough storage to stay forever.
The only fly in the ointment of our stay was the management company and I only mention it for the owners sake. Much was made before we arrived about how we must call someone on our way from the airport to show us how all of the (very) high tech equipment works. We arrived on a Saturday, someone finally turned up on the Monday. We’d worked out most things by then through trial and error but I’m sure that’s not what the owners want. There was little in the way of information in the villa (for example 5 of the 6 taxi numbers didn’t work, no-one could work out the Gaggenhau coffee machine, sky didn’t work our whole stay despite saying an engineer would come) but there were warnings about being fined if you took extra bed linen or didn’t take away all your rubbish. Not really the impression you want to leave guests I don’t think. Of course none of this ruined our stay - I really don’t think anything could have!
