Barrio La Viña is awesome albeit a tad loud at times! El Balneario is a great location with easy access to popular places in Cadiz. There are plenty of restaurants, bars, and coffee shops within a short walking distance. We loved having the terrace.
While I am not sure you can do anything about it, there was a musty smell at times.
