muy buena ubicación cerca de la playa y el centro de CADIZ relativamente cerca estación de trenes, supermercado en frentes parada de taxis propia
al principio te surgen dudas de la aplicación y llave electrónica y que no puedes acceder antes de las 16 horas

La ubicación es perfecta!! Además es un duplex, muy amplio, con todos los servicios de una casa. Muy limpio, camas comodas... todo muy bien!!
No me gustó que para entrar hay que usar una app del móvil. Yo por ejemplo no tenia batería por la noche y realmente no sabía como entrar... esas tecnologías a veces pasan factura.

La ubicación es perfecta, todo muy cerca andando, la comunicación con la dueña muy bien, la amplitud del piso, aire acondicionado en todas las habitaciones, cuarto de baño arriba y abajo. Muy bien
El ascensor fuera de servicio, hubo que subir la maleta 3 pisos. Cambiándole 3 cosas a la ,cocina como la encimera, campana etc sería lo que le falta para darle un 10.
