HOUSE LAYOUT:
This charming condo is ideally located uptown near the grocery store, cafes, and boutique shopping. As you enter, you have a mudroom for convenience, and then it opens to the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher, coffee maker, and breakfast bar seating. Tucked near the kitchen is the laundry room with a dryer.
This flows to the dining room, which features a stately wooden dining table and lovely art. To the right is a full bathroom with a shower and bathtub. Moving into the spacious living room offers a Roku TV, a wood-burning fireplace, and the queen murphy bed.
Stepping out to the covered back porch allows for a phenomenal view of Pagosa Peak, the surrounding peaceful neighborhood, and outdoor seating.
Upstairs opens to the lofted master bedroom, which has another queen-sized bed and Roku TV. There is another full bathroom with a bathtub and shower for your convenience.

We arrived and coming from Texas, everything is HOT. I was told our unit didn’t have AC. I did what I was told and we all adjusted well. Thanks for all of the Communication. . Outstanding hiking to waterfalls!!!!

My teenage son and I rented this condo for spring break 2025. It met our needs well and we enjoyed our stay, both in this particular unit and in Pagosa Springs in general. The unit seemed very clean and was equipped with everything that you normally expect in a vacation rental. I appreciate that it was stocked with enough paper towels, garbage bags, dish soap, etc. to last through our stay. The location is super convenient, especially being close to a (nice) Walmart. The beds and sofa were comfortable. Check-in and check-out were painless, and the property manager was attentive.Our only real complaint is that the internet service was somewhat unreliable, which is a problem when you rely on streaming services for TV. This may be a local infrastructure problem beyond the control of the owner or property manager. Nevertheless, it is something a potential renter should be aware of.Aside from that, there are a few small maintenance items that could be addressed to increase the appeal of this unit, including replacing the worn-out mini blinds in the living room, repairing the faucet knob in the downstairs bath, and repairing the (entry) storm door so that it fully closes on its own.In summary, this rental met expectations, and I would consider staying here again in spite of its minor blemishes. I would not hesitate to rent another property from the same management company either.

I spend at least 30 days a year renting a place in Pagosa for business. Always through a third-party source such as this one. First the positive. Property manager was very flexible and helpful. The view of the mountains out the back is great. It could’ve been a great experience, except for the following: Upon arrival, I received a welcome text. It was almost lecture about resources. I love this town and work hard to take care of it how I can. I don’t need to be met with lecture. This cost me at least double stay normally does. However, the condo was very much outdated and not taken care of very well. Living room blinds were broken with pieces sitting on the windowsill. We were instructed to read the manual which devoted a great deal of time to lecturing about the owners values and the environment. Had they put as much energy into upkeep and upgrading it as they do into lecturing it would’ve been a lot nicer. The upstairs is terribly warm, Even with fans, even in the fall. Throughout the place one could see they went to great lengths to cut corners.
I’m sorry to be so negative but honestly… I have had maybe one other such experience in the many times I have been renting places here. This was an expensive lesson to learn.
I have consistently had wonderful experiences for half this price. To all landlords. Please save your lectures. I don’t need to be paying extra for that.
