About this house rental
A spacious and private sanctuary for family and friends , with stunning views, walk to private beach and gardens. The Cottage offers large great room, full kitchen, fireplace, king, queen, and single bed, soaking tub and showers, private entries. Lil Cottage (Library/Bunkroom) in its own close-by but separate building, offers queen bed, 2 bunk beds, sitting/dining area, 3/4 bath and kitchenette.

Minimum booking age 30 years
Renter must share Rental Agreement with their group prior to arrival
Pets must be pre approved. 20 lb max. Provide breed, age, quiet/calm, sociability. Pet fee dependent on stay length. Min $50.
3-night minimum, 5 night maximum June-September & Holidays
Cleaning fee $300.
Limited washer access, 4+ night stays only.

Sweet property stocked with games, movies, and space for our multi-generational visit. Well situated on island to access all of Whidbey's treasures.

We very much enjoyed our stay. The house has plenty of space for 4 couples. We were especially happy to have air conditioning in the main house as we hit an unusually hot weekend for the island. The layout is a little different but that’s not a negative. The house was generously stocked with supplies and comfy furnishings. The sunset views were excellent!

The house is great for a family get together. The location is great. The house was very clean and checkin and checkout was a breeze. Joy was very communicative.
