High bank waterfront estate on Whidbey Island

We had a fabulous time at this location. We were looking to just relax and visit and this was the perfect place. Large enough to spread out, very clean and comfortable, quiet and serene. This was the perfect place to enjoy time together. The host was easy to communicate with and made sure we were doing fine. I highly recommend this property!

It was the perfect getaway from the city. There was lots of space for everyone in the house and outside. Property management was very responsive. We would definitely stay here again.

This house was very clean and well kept. Beautiful view, large yard and patios. Watching the deer in the yard and eagles in the trees all day. 5 min drive to Freeland. Beds were comfortable and rooms were a good size. Brand new hot tub and green egg. Also game room with pool table, fooseball and lots of other games. No access to beach. Pet friendly.

What a great home to unplug and enjoy the scenery! The house was just the right, nicely laid out and very comfortable. We captured the sun from the expansive deck, relaxed in the hot tub and cooked multiple means in the large kitchen. Please note there are multiples wineries just minutes away. Holmes Harbor Cellars was right down the street and Dancing Fish just a short drive from the home. We hope to be back this Summer. Thank you!

Four girlfriends getting together to relax, play games sit in the hot tub and shop. Everything was perfect. The kitchen had amenities needed. Beautiful sunrise, several eagles, tons of deer, and the perfect getaway. Just down the road from Langley and spent one day there shopping and eating. Owners or manager, receptive with questions, answered immediately Highly recommend!

Quiet area and beautiful, clean home. Very cozy and spacious, every kitchen appliance you could ever wish for and modern interior. Close to many activities and shops!

Rented this house with friends to ring in the new year! Great place, love the kitchen, huge dining room table and the view is beautiful. Great to chill, relax and play games with friends, we had a great time!

The house layout is a bit funky 90's what were they thinking remodel but it's got a ton of room and all the appliances in a nice sized kitchen. Sitting in the hot tub and looking at the stars is a great way to end a day on Whidbey.

We stayed to introduce my in laws (from the Midwest) to the beauty and magic of Whidbey Island. We had a great couple of days and spent most of our time on the deck watching the many deer who hang out in the yard!

Great house for a girls trip. We were not at the house much so didn’t use the extras (hot tub etc).

Beautiful property, location and views! Very comfortable house with everything you need. Enjoyed the hot tub and ice cream maker. Freeland was an easy spot to get what you need and explore the rest of the island. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Wonderful, large home for all our girls ( ages 6 to 77) to spend time together. Meals were easy to prepare in the large kitchen. A suggestion to create more counter space would be an appliance cart for all the fun machines, coffee options. We enjoyed the hot tub, smores on the fire pit, and visits around the flame table. Our dogs loved fetching in the lower yard and running on their favorite off-leash beach, Double Bluff Beach. Easy ferry access, lots of nurseries, Price Sculpture park (no dogs) and the wonder of Ebey's Landing. Come explore and enjoy!

Beautiful views and property. Everything was great. The kitchen is incredibly well equipped with a vitamix, airfryer, waffle maker, ice cream maker, keurig, espresso machine, AND drip coffee maker. The saltwater hot tub was the cherry on top.

Had a great time overall! Pros - -The house was very clean. -Common areas were very large -Hot tub was new, easy to use and spacious -Kitchen is well outfitted, gas stoves -Great view of the water, lots of deer around Cons - -The beds were kind of small for my group, except the master. -Lights switches were kind of hard to find for rooms -The deck door locks are a little unintuitive - there's a 'very locked', slightly locked' and unlocked settings -No TV in the largest common areas upstairs

Beautiful views, property, and location for an easy holiday getaway from Seattle. The house had every appliance and all cookware you could ever need, and was set up perfectly for our group of parents, adult kids/friends and dog. Different floors and rooms and deck spaces allowed for spreading out as well as gathering for meals. Had a great time exploring Fort Casey, lovely meals and shopping in Coupeville, and enjoyed a nearby park. The property manager was immediately responsive to our questions and we felt like valued guests. Would definitely return!

The property is rather remote from everything. But biggest issue was condition of property and ability to communicate with the owner. We arrived early as property requires a ferry to get to. Could not get a hold of owner to get access even though property was vacant. Checkin time needs to be more flexable due to ferry issues. When we arrived there were no towels or wash cloths nor toilet paper in any of the bathrooms. We were able to find some in the wash room, where there were two large sacks of dirty towels and sheets. Also there were dishes in the dish washer and on the counters... didn't appear to be clean, but clearly not in the cupboards.. We did not use any dishes from the dishwasher..Just washed some we found on counter and washed them before we left. There were several sacks of trash/garbage strewn by animals across the driveway. Safety concerns were that the railings on the decks were about 6 inches apart. Plenty of room for the todlers to fall through.. The steps leading into the front door area were moss covered and very slippery. And the plastic steps used to get into the hot tub collapsed unless one stepped on them in the middle. Also, the toilet in the large bedroom was not completely fastioned to the floor..so it wobbled whenever on went to sit down. And, the safety seat bar device that was mountedto the toilet seat area made the toilet paper on the holder inaccessable. There is no toilet paper holder in one of the other bathrooms. Listing should identify the many kitchen appliances on site. We could not use them since we did not know to bring the necessary foods, etc. And finally, there were no checkout instructions as to how we were expected to leave the property...other than checkout by 11:00AM. And there were other issues/concerns of lesser impact and risk.

This was our first trip to Whidbey Island. This home was perfect for our family. Great home, spacious sleeping, yard games, and a balcony with an AMAZING VIEW of the bay. We even were able to watch some whales in the morning. It is in a great location to get to beaches and other towns across the island. The owner was great to work with to ensure our stay was comfortable and met our expectations. We definitely be staying here again!

We are a three generational family that just stayed at Femi’s property - it was perfect for us! Very spacious so we had our space. Nice kitchen. The best thing was the views across the water - so peaceful and relaxing!! Whidbey Island was great also. We went to Deception Pass and also on an Orca Whale Watch. There were several good family friendly restaurants nearby the house as well. Femi was amazing to work with. He was very responsive and did everything possible to make our stay great - including getting us a cooler to take lunch on our whale watch. We would definitely stay again if we return to Whidbey Island!
