Work from the office space downstairs and enjoy the family room with easy access to carport and fully fenced backyard, perfect for multi-generational trips! Freeland features a waterfront park with beaches, boat launch, dock & playground just minutes away & great restaurants, groceries, gas station for convenience staying on the island.
This is a 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bath single family home about 1800 sqft. The home has two levels and the entrance is on the upper level with a set of stairs leading up to the entrance.

• Upper Floor: Living room, 65" Smart TV, dining room, kitchen, Master bedroom w/ king bed and ensuite half bath; 2nd bedroom w/ bunk bed (sleeps up to 4 people) and bathroom in hallway. Portable AC
• Lower Floor: Family room, TV, office desk and chair, Office with working desk, third bedroom with queen bed, full bathroom with bath tub, laundry, access to the front carport

• Pet fee: Well-trained pets are welcome at $50 per pet. Please let us know if you'll be bringing your pet and how many. Pet fee beyond one pet is processed manually post reservation confirmation.
• There is no access to the backyard from inside the house. Backyard is only accessible from the outside of the house.
• There is no BBQ grill, or fire pit.
• No shoes in the home.
• The home is not child-proofed. Please do not leave children unattended.
