The solidly built Scout 60 vacation homes feature approximately 60 m² of living/usable space spread over two floors and can accommodate up to 5 people (+ 1 toddler in a travel crib). The first floor features a bathroom (shower/toilet), a living room (with sleeping accommodations), and an adjoining open kitchen with a dining area (ceramic cooktop/oven, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, and dishwasher). Access to the furnished patio is from the living room. An open staircase in the living area leads to the two bedrooms on the upper floor (one bedroom with a double bed and one bedroom with two single beds). Storage options include either an outdoor storage shed or a garden shed. Non-smoking homes—free Wi-Fi—pets allowed—bread roll delivery service from Easter through October!

The vacation village is located directly on the Elbe dike, on the grounds of an old orchard in the municipality of Hollern-Twielenfleth.
