The first floor features a bathroom (shower/toilet), a living room (with sleeping accommodations), and an adjoining open kitchen with a dining area (ceramic cooktop/oven, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, and dishwasher). Access to the furnished patio is from the living room. An open staircase in the living area leads to the two bedrooms on the upper floor (one bedroom with a double bed and one bedroom with two single beds). Storage options include either an outdoor storage room or a garden shed. Non-smoking homes—free Wi-Fi—pets allowed—bread roll delivery service from Easter through October!

The vacation village is located directly on the Elbe dike, on the grounds of an old fruit farm in the municipality of Hollern-Twielenfleth.
