Additional guests can be accommodated on a portable air mattress, ensuring the utmost comfort for all. Indulge in outdoor grilling on the balcony, where a propane BBQ awaits your culinary creations. For cozy evenings, the living room features a gas fireplace, adding a touch of warmth and ambiance to your coastal getaway. Two-car tandem parking is provided for convenience, ensuring stress-free access to your vacation haven. This unit features private laundry, and the outdoor shower (shared by the building) provides a refreshing way to rinse off after a day of beachside fun.Unwind, explore, and revel in the treasures of this remarkable coastal destination. Just so you know, this unit does not have air conditioning, allowing you to embrace the refreshing coastal breezes that sweep through the rooms.A few things to note: * This unit has beach towels and shared beach chairs (in the garage.)* This is a single level unit on the 2nd floor of a 3-story building. There are units above, below, and to the north. * Minimum age requirement of 25yo for all guests not accompanied by a parent or guardian.* An early check-in or late check-out may be available for an additional fee - October to May only.* Garage dimensions: 8' wide, 31' length, 7" height* Please note that this unit does not have air conditioning.* Rental comprises the second-floor unit, private balcony, the shared portion of the oceanfront patio, and a 2-car tandem garage.* All stays over 31 nights may be subject to additional fees, which may not be reflected in the balance but will be outlined in the rental terms and conditions. * Monthly stays are for one familial unit staying the entire time and cannot be broken up amongst groups.* Parking can be a tight fit anywhere in the area for larger trucks or SUV's. If the unit has a garage or carport, we recommend backing in for best results. * Additional parking can be found on public streets/lots. 24-hour parking is not allowed in most public lots please adhere to posted parking limitations to avoid ticketing and/or towing.
