Granite counters in the kitchen, wood flooring throughout, deck and balcony on the second floor, personal back patio for downstairs bedroom, security enabled garage for 1 car (laundry in the garage), also public parking- 2 spots in front of building if you get lucky. High Speed Internet, Digital Cable and Flatscreen tv's in living room (55"), Upstairs Bedroom (32") and Downstairs Bedroom (40"), Gas BBQ on Balcony, Beach toys for the kids too.
Security Enabled garage for 1 car. 83"H x 104"W x 20'D. Public Parking Space in Front of Building as well as parking lot at Santa Clara Place 1 block over on the bayside and on the main Street Mission Blvd.
The house is steps to the beach, ocean and bay. can use the Boardwalk for strolling, biking, blading and people watching, steps to shops, markets, restaurants, beach rentals, all the mission beach community has to offer. Walk to health club and indoor pool, tennis, children's play area and boat rentals. 5 minutes to Sea World, 10 minutes to downtown, Petco Park, Gaslamp, Little Italy, North Park and Qualcomm Stadium.
MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT FOR FRIEND GROUPS:
For friend groups we require everyone in the group to be over the age of 30 and could not agree to more than 6 people total (incl. visitors).
Note: All guests will need to agree and sign the terms stated in Rules below when they make reservation. A Confirmation Contract and Reservation Request Form will be emailed and must be completed and returned. Also we require guest(s) to send copies to Identification prior to checking in to receive a lockbox code.
