Schöne Ferienwohnung in der Nähe des Hafens. Hat alles super gepasst und geklappt. Einzig der Wäscheständer müsste erneuert werden und der Balkon ist kaum nutzbar wegen der Linden. Es klebt einfach komplett alles. Uns hat es nicht gestört, da wir von morgens bis abends aus dem Haus waren.

Tolle Unterkunft in guter Lage. Spielplatz gleich dahinter. Hafen und Fußgängerzone nur 5 min zu Fuß. Zwei kleine Kritikpunkte 1. im Oberen Geschoss ist es im Sommer sehr warm, die Dachdämmung ist unzureichend oder es fehlt eine Klimatisierung. 2. die Carports sind sehr eng ( VW Bus )

Christa Hogrefe 23.12. -30.12.2021 Beleg Nr. 17156 Die Buchung erfolgte durch www.ferien-an-der-nordsee.de . Organisatorisch von Anfrage..Buchung (mit konsequenter Coronaimpf-Belegeinforderung) .. Anreise bis zum Abreisetag...alles sehr freundlich und professionell abgewickelt. TOP – besser geht es nicht! Das Penthouse „Stine“ in Husum ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Alles geschmackvoll und mit viel Komfort und Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Sehr sauber und es ist alles vorhanden, wie Spülmaschine und Microwelle u.s.w.. TOP! Der Standort ist auch sehr ruhig gelegen..in zweiter Reihe von der Straßenverkehrsstraße. Wir konnten vieles … ob Innenstadt, Hafen oder Restaurants, Cafes oder zum Einkauf (Bäcker ist gleich um die Ecke) fußläufig in wenigen Minuten erreichen. SUPER! Nicht so gut: - Wir mussten die Eckbank und die Stühle der Essecke benutzen, um abends fern zu sehen. Es fehlte zur Gemütlichkeit ein Sofa oder Sessel! Zum fröhlichen Spiele spielen mit einer 4-köpfigen Familie sicherlich topp, für uns jedoch nicht! Die Galerie mit einem Schlafsofa und einem kleinerem TV war zwar über eine Treppe zu erreichen, jedoch haben wir dies für den gemütlichen TV-Abend nicht genutzt. - Winterdienst vor der Haupteingangstür, unten. Am Tag der Anreise und zwei weitere Tage darauf war der Zugang zur Haupteingangstür, unten ... nur schwerlich und sehr vorsichtig zu begehen. Durch Schnee und Regen hatte sich dort eine dicke Eisschicht...ca. 2-3 Meter lang... gebildet, die bei andauernden Minustemparaturen tagelang vorhanden blieb. Winterdienst Fehlanzeige. Frage: Wer ist dort dafür zuständig? Noch ein kleiner Tipp: Kleiner selbstklebender Wandgummipuffer für die Toilettendeckelanschläge wären sinnvoll. Gesamtnote … TOP FeWo… 5 Sterne

Sehr schöne, moderne Wohnung, alles vorhanden (mehr als erwartet) für einen perfekten Urlaub! Lage sehr gut, Stadtzentrum ist fußläufig erreichbar. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Fahrradtouren. Können wir gerne weiterempfehlen.

Die Lage am Rand der Innenstadt war hervorragend. Eine helle modern eingerichtete Wohnung, mit allem Komfort. Drei größere Fernseher und in der Küche sogar ein Internetradio. Eine große Sonnenterrasse, die wir bei dem Wetter, leider nicht nutzen konnten. Wir waren begeistert.
