The light-filled Theo vacation apartment is located in a quiet yet central part of Husum, within walking distance of downtown and just about 600 m from the idyllic harbor. The nearest restaurants, cafés, and shopping options are right nearby.

The apartment, with approximately 108 square meters of living space, is located on the 2nd floor of an apartment building and is accessible via elevator.
You’ll love the tasteful furnishings: The open-concept kitchen with dining table features a stove with a ceramic cooktop, range hood, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, filter coffee maker (filter size 4), Tchibo Qbo, electric kettle, and toaster. From the kitchen, you have access to the large balcony with patio furniture, offering a magnificent view of the Klosterstift.
The open-concept living room, with its cozy sitting area and large flat-screen TV, invites you to relax.
The apartment has two bedrooms: one with a box-spring bed (180 x 200) on the living level, additionally equipped with a smart TV. The spacious, state-of-the-art bathroom with natural light features a walk-in shower, a toilet, and two sinks.
Another bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200) is accessible via a staircase. In the loft area of the apartment, you can relax in another living room with a TV. An additional toilet is available on this level.
Additional amenities: Blackout curtains in all rooms, utility room with washer/dryer
Depending on the time of day, you can start or end your day on the beautiful balconies, relaxing on comfortable patio furniture.

Die Unterkunft THEO ist für 3-4 Personen perfekt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und es war alles nach unserer Zufriedenheit.
Ein Punkt der Kritik ist allerdings anzumerken. Es ist sehr schön einen Carport für das Auto zu haben. Es ist aber auch fast jeden Tag passiert, dass in dem Vorhof sehr wild Autos geparkt werden. Es war wirklich schwierig, und mit sehr viel Hin- und Zurück-Fahrerei verbunden, in den Carport reinzufahren. Weil man möchte weder sein eigenes Auto, noch das fremde Auto, noch den Carport beschädigen. Und es waren jedes Mal die gleichen Autos.
Aber trotz dieses Problems haben wir unseren Aufenthalt genossen und kommen gerne wieder.

Das ist unsere 2. Wohnug von Ferien an der Nordsee und beide Male war es sehr schön. Alles ist sehr sauber. Alles da, was man braucht. Top Waschmaschine. Was sehr gut ist, ist dass man den Schlüsse direkt an der Wohnung erhält und dort wieder im Safe abgibt. Das hat Zeit bei der An- und Abreise gespart. Kurz gesagt: Wir kommen wieder!
