Vacation meets peace and relaxation: Enjoy the exclusive ambiance of our quietly situated thatched-roof vacation home, which combines modern country style with traditional charm.
The Location
Our vacation home is situated in an idyllic, secluded location on a historic dike in Tetenbüll, just about 2 kilometers from the North Sea. You’ll find shopping options in the nearby towns of Oldenswort and Witzwort, while Husum, about 20 kilometers away, offers a wider selection. The stunning sandy beaches of St. Peter-Ording are just a 20-minute drive away.
Amenities With a living area of about 160 square meters, the vacation home offers high-quality, modern furnishings while retaining the unique charm of a historic thatched-roof house. The continuous wooden floorboards create a cozy atmosphere.
The house features three comfortable bedrooms. One is located on the first floor, while the other two rooms are accessible via a staircase on the upper floor. All beds are a comfortable 160 x 200 cm and are lovingly made upon your arrival.
The large, open kitchen is superbly equipped and leaves nothing to be desired. It includes a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, an oven, and a ceramic cooktop with four burners. An exhaust hood ensures a pleasant cooking experience, while a filter coffee maker, a kettle, and a toaster are also available.
In the dining area, a cozy dining nook with a wood-burning stove invites you to enjoy convivial moments. In the adjoining living room, you can relax on the comfortable sofa and enjoy an exciting movie on the large flat-screen TV with satellite channels.
The first floor features a modern shower room, while the upper floor has a full bathroom with a shower and bathtub. Both floors are heated by comfortable underfloor heating.
For guests’ convenience, a washing machine and dryer are available in the adjacent storage room. Bicycles can also be stored here safely and protected from the weather. Comfortable patio furniture is available on the sheltered patio, inviting you to linger.
Special Features
The hardwood floor, combined with the underfloor heating, creates a pleasant living atmosphere. The vacation home is a smoke-free property where dogs are also welcome. You can use fiber-optic internet free of charge and store your bicycles in a separate storage room. Parking is available right next to the house.
An initial set of bed linens and towels is already included in the final price. Additional linen packages can be booked as an option.

Tolles Ferienhaus in super Lage! So möchte man auch privat wohnen.... Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet; einzig eine Küchenwaage wäre noch toll. Mixer, tolle Küchengeräte (Zanussi!) usw. und schönes Geschirr in bestem Zustand sind vorhanden. Das WLAN lädt zum Pausieren ein...für HomeOffice nicht wirklich geeignet. Aber dafür ist man ja auch nicht da. Personen - wie ich - ab 1.90m würden sich über eine kleine "Warnung" am 2. Balken von unten an der Treppe freuen - da muss man den Kopf einziehen. Die kaputten Stühle wurden vom freundlichen Gärtner (ja, den gibt's auch!) ausgetauscht. Sehr geschmackvolle Einrichtung! Die Betten sind prima. Handtücher u.a. ausreichend vorhanden. Toller Garten, wunderbares Grundstück. Sehr ruhige Lage. Nicht ganz billig - aber seinen Preis wert. Wir möchten wiederkommen!

Absolut empfehlenswert. Einziger Nachteil ist die in anderen Rezensionen bereits genannte sehr einheschränkte Möglichkeit für Gassirunden. man kann entweder links oder rechts entlang der Straße gehen. Kein Rundweg oder so. Aber ansonsten absolut top, gerade an heißen Sommertagen.

Für Menschen die Ruhe und Gelassenheit suchen, der ideale Ort. Nur wenige Kilometer vom Trubel entfernt, kann man hier die Seele baumeln und Eiderstedt auf sich einwirken lassen. Ein absoluter Tipp für Nordseefans.
Eine Unterkunft zum Wohlfühlen.
