Holiday rental NerjaVilla with private pool on a single floor, sea and mountain views. Spacious villa in Punta Lara Alta, Nerja with capacity for 10 people, with super sunny south-facing private pool, garden and large patio, 5 bathrooms, all amenities, air conditioning in some rooms, free wifi, TV, BBQ. Spacious inside and outside with fabulous sea and mountain views. 10 min. by car from beautiful snorkelling beaches and the city of Nerja and close to Málaga, Granada and the Almijara and Sierra Nevada mountains. Charming restaurants and bars nearby.This is our house and we will be delighted to share our local knowledge of this beautiful area with you.The accommodation is located in a rural area 2KM (10 minutes by car) from El Playazo beach, one of the most popular in Nerja and only 4.5KM (10 minutes by car from the centre of Nerja). The access road to the house has some sections with a steep slope, it is a narrow road, with sections without guardrails with a small unpaved section that requires a minimum of skill from the driver.Please note that late check in after 22:00 is unavailable at this property.PUBLIC TRANSPORT MEANS SUCH AS BUS, TAXIS OR TRANSFER DO NOT ACCESS THE AREA WHERE THE ACCOMMODATION IS LOCATED. Nice villa. High on mountain location provides stunning views and a heart attack every journey for those less confident driving mountain tracks. Inside spacious and well designed. Air conditioning is on some kind of movement sensor / timer. Pool more of dipping pool than swimming pool. We stayed 3 weeks and there was no interim clean, fresh sheets or towels, despite asking. So had to wash ourselves - unusual for rentals. Check in and out was old fashioned (no keysafe). Agent had to lead way to property as road to property so hard that without guidance you may turn back
