This modern villa with a private pool and jacuzzi is located close to the sandy blue flag beaches on the Mediterranean sea and the Mar Menor. The villa has 3 bedrooms on two floors, 2 bathrooms, fully fitted open plan kitchen leading onto the dining area and living room. The 2 first floor bedrooms both have patio doors that access the top terrace and look over the pool and front garden.
The private pool is ideal for all the family and features a safety fence which can be removed if you wish. The pool is 3.5m x 5m and has a depth from 1.2m to 1.6m. At one end you can sit and enjoy the jacuzzi jets and for an extra fee you can have the water heated making it ideal for all year around.
San Pedro del Pinatar is an ideal location for a family holiday, located close to the sea and even closer to the natural park of the salt lakes which is ideal for walking or bird watching. The area of Murcia also has 22 golf courses, water sports on the Mar Menor include canoeing, sailing, kitesurfing, boating, jet skiing and windsurfing. If you like to shop then it has that covered as well with 2 big shopping centres close by, Dos Mares in San Javier and La Zenia Boulevard in La Zenia For culture you can take a short ride to the Roman town of Cartagena when you could enjoy a full day exploring the town and eating out in one of the many bars and restaurants..

Well aquipped, clean and nice house. The private garden ws lovely, and we enjoyed the pool very much (payed for heated water in march/april). We had a lovely stay. Nice and calm neighbourhood, but recommended to rent a car to be able to see more of the area around.
The beds were very hard. (Unfortunately not too good sleep.) Also the alarmsystem kept beeping the first days before service finally fixed it. For the rest very good house!
