The lawn, located behind the house, is available for guests’ use. The lawn is not directly accessible from the living room.

Our modern and comfortably furnished vacation apartments are located just a few minutes’ walk from the lake and Rottach’s elegant shops.
Vacation Apartments 1 and 2 are located on the 2nd floor and feature a balcony. Vacation Apartment 4 on the first floor features a small terrace and a lawn in front of it. Vacation Apartment 3 is located in the basement. You are welcome to use the sunbathing lawn behind the house. All four apartments have separate bedrooms. The building houses a dental practice with a laboratory.
The sauna and tepidarium (a Roman-style warm room for relaxation) located in the building are available to guests staying in vacation apartments 1, 2, and 4. Parking is available right next to the building.
Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and check-out is from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
